Essentials job duties:
- Improve client’s overall productivity.
- Implement sustainable improvement strategy, including Lean, Six Sigma, TPM.
- With SSCX Consulting Team, examine and evaluate client’s productivity and efficiency, including operational sequence, material flow, process flow, information flow, functional instructions, organization charts, planning and production schedules providing recommendations to maximize synchronicity, waste elimination, efficiencies, worker & equipment utilization, communication, and through-put in a controlled pace.
- This is a junior and entry level of SSCX consulting role.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong in communication skills, presenting thought and elaborate analytical methods.
- Posses basic understanding of Lean (or TPM).
- Familiarity with Manufacturing Methods, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Continuous Improvement Methodology is a must.
- Proficient in oral and written English is a must.
