Event Specialist (Code: ES)

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with Division / Sales Dept / vendor / contractor for the planning and execution of an event, both from the technical and non-technical.
Plan, organize and control all aspects of events activities to meet Company’s customer.
Responsible for all budgetary costing
Communicate closely with client and taking brief about the event
Plan and execute events

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in communications or marketing, have relevant exhibition management experience or specific industry sector experience.
Having minimum 1 year experience in event and marketing, Fresh graduate are also welcome
Fluent in English and computer
Good communication and negotiation skills
Loyal, hard working and dedicated
Willing to work flexible hours
Multi-tasking, able to work under pressure
Initiative, resourceful, energetic, teamwork, fast learner, results orientated and organized

Business Performance Officer (Code: BPO)

Responsibilities:

Initiates new clients process by prospecting, scheduling appointments, making initial presentation, understanding business needs, developing proposals, win the project and maintaining clients

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in communications or any discipline
Male/Female
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position, especially in corporate sales. Fresh graduate are also welcome
Honest, have positive attitude, self confidence, healthy & energetic
Able to work in tight schedule, targeted as a good team work
Good Looking and have a good networking skill is a must
Must be fluent in English – written and spoken
Excellent presentation skill
Pleasant Personality
Able to work under pressure
Computer literate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Target oriented
Able to handle various accounts and understand the client’s needs
